Ricotta ("re-cooked") is made from the whey - the liquid left behind - from making mozzerella. I'll be curious if the "remains" behave similarly.

Hi Morgan. thanks for sharing. I am just wondering if FD milk product are available on store shelves? Or if they only be made at home? I am asking cause I know there is a brand called BeFood that makes this product in China. However, i haven’t found similar produc in either Australia or the US..
